Relay for Life 2010, May 28, 7:00pm - May 29, 7am
(Setup and on-site sign-in from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm)
This web site will contain all the information you will need to
know to help with, or participate in, this year's Relay for Life 2010. Check
back often, it will be updated whenever new information becomes available.
This year, the teacher sponsors are Ms. Shura (room 201) and Mr.
Bontront (room 204).

We are pleased to announce the following people have been chosen
as committee leaders.

- organize a crew of people to help count and prepare money as it is
handed in. Most of this is done after school the week of Relay for Life
itself.
- help Mr. Bontront organize the deposits to the bank
- coordinate the collection of receipts from committee chairs for expense
reimbursment.

- organize a crew of people to accept registration packages during lunches
the 3 weeks prior to Relay for Life
- organize a crew of people to operate the registration stations at
the start of the event, as well as during the event to handle late registrations
and early departures.

- actively seek out food donations from businesses in the area

supervision for the event

| Luminaries |

- organize a crew to sell luminaries for several weeks before and during
the event
- setup the luminaries at the start of the event and during the event
as they are sold
- light the luminaries for the lighting ceremony
- create a luminaries diplay to help promote their sale
- sell luminaries during parent/teacher interview, April 21
- help with setup and cleanup

- design and obtain decorations for the survivor dinner
- plan and obtain the food necessary for the survivor's dinner
